I am Suvidha Bansal, the founder of SJ Hands on Physical Therapy Clinic.

My journey in the field of physical therapy began with a solid educational foundation and extensive training, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Kurukshetra University, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.

Over the years, I have obtained various specialized certifications, including balance training and nutrition, enhancing my expertise in areas such as manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and sports injury management.

I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in continuing education courses and workshops. This ensures that I stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy and can provide the most effective treatments to my patients.

With over 16 years of hands-on clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, from athletes to older adults. My extensive training and practical experience enable me to develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs and goals.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family. I love to travel and explore new places, and I enjoy reading and working out to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Gupta has a strong background in Orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, balance training, headache and migraines, and osteopathy treatment. He is passionate about individualized patient care.
